For the couple who would like help with planning in all aspects of the wedding.

  • Unlimited wedding consulting, advice and expert guidance in every aspect of the wedding.

  • Budget creation and monitoring along with negotiation all contracts with vendors.

  • Coordination with venue, caterers, entertainers, lighting, special effects, invitations, guest lists, décor and linens.

  • Prepare a calendar for everyone in the wedding party and keep them updated on all events.

  • Prepare and mail invitations (postage is extra) and track RVSP’s.

  • Coordinate and attend all tastings, tours and meetings as needed.

  • Assist with hotel reservations for out of town guests.

  • Assist with seating chart.

  • Arrange and attend any Engagement or Pre-Bridal photo shoots.

  • Coordinate and attend rehearsal.

  • Attend all clothing selections and fittings.

  • Assist with Honeymoon planning.

  • Coordinate procession line.

  • Manage Photographer to ensure all pictures desired are taken.

  • Manage reception time line and serve wedding couple dinner.

  • Cue couple as well as wedding party and family for the all special events.

  • Deliver final payments and gratuities for the when applicable.

  • Assist in taking gifts to caretakers’ vehicle.

Passion: Partial Planning Service $2700 Up to 150 People

For the couple who wants more of a hand on approach to the wedding.

  • Limited wedding consulting and advice on additional vendors that are needed.

  • Budget creation and monitoring.

  • Coordination with venue, caterers, entertainers, lighting, special effects, invitations, guest lists, décor and linens.

  • Prepare a calendar for everyone in the wedding party and keep them updated on all events.

  • Coordinate and attend all tastings, tours and meetings as needed.

  • Coordinate and attend rehearsal.
